CITY TENNIS CLUB BY BRANDON CHUBB
“Brand Strategy & Partnership Development”
The BT Collective partnered with Brandon Chubb—athlete, wellness advocate, and cultural curator—to define the visual and strategic identity of City Tennis Club, an evolving lifestyle brand at the intersection of sport, style, and community. Through creative direction, brand positioning, and partnership development, we helped transform City Tennis into more than a tournament—it became a cultural experience rooted in intentional design and authentic connection. The project ushered in a new era of athletic storytelling, where performance meets creativity and identity extends beyond the court.

JAMES VAUGHTERS
“Brand Development, Creative Direction & Visual Identity Launch”
The BT Collective partnered with James Vaughters—athlete, creative director, and emerging voice in fashion—to architect and launch his namesake brand. Through brand strategy and creative direction, we developed The Inaugural Shoot, a visual campaign that introduced James as a multidimensional creative force. The project merged discipline with design, translating authenticity into artistry and establishing James Vaughters not just as a brand, but as a story in motion.

MAX+min BY TIARRA SMALLWOOD
“Creative Strategy, Campaign Direction & Brand Relaunch”
The BT Collective partnered with Tiarra Smallwood, designer and founder of MAX+min, to craft a founder-focused relaunch that reintroduced both the brand and its visionary creator. Through creative strategy and campaign direction, we developed a narrative that spotlighted Tiarra’s evolution as a designer and the intentional philosophy behind minimal design, maximum impact. The resulting shoot captured the essence of her story—elevated, personal, and purposeful—marking a new era for the brand and its founder.

“NYFW EDITION”
The second phase of the AoD IMPACT SERIES launched during #NYFW at The Malin in SoHo, New York. I was thrilled to have my friend and brother, designer and creative director Chaz Jordan, join the conversation as we delved into the intricacies of building a fashion brand. Chaz shared many valuable insights to encourage and inspire all who attended.

“LOS ANGELES”
The second phase of the AoD expansion took place in Los Angeles in partnership with The Gathering Spot (@lagathers). We enjoyed conversing with talented creative entrepreneurs @dennayafamous, @claudekameni, and @donyetaylor, exploring the intersection of black culture and artistic expression in LA. Additionally, we introduced a new segment called “Artist Showcase,” which highlighted the work of independent artist @terrythedon.

AUNT JACKIE’S CURLS AND COILS “BRAID + TWIST” COLLECTION

Bobby Trendz worked in close association with Monique Salas, the Vice President of Aunt Jackie’s, and Gladimir Gelin of NY MADE to curate a compelling brand story for Aunt Jackie’s latest collection, “Braid and Twist.” Bobby's visionary concept and creative expertise led to the creation of an innovative brand campaign that effectively resonates with its target audience. Together, they meticulously crafted an awe-inspiring visual story that captures the product's essence and elevates the brand's narrative.

“DEAR CHICAGO”
The first phase of AoD expansion began in Chicago, where Bobby Trendz shares many synergies in art, architecture, and fashion. We had the pleasure of welcoming Chicago natives and designers @monsieurblanc and @ron_louis and Chicago-based artist @lindsaybriadams to the AoD platform. During our conversation, we explored what it means to these dynamic artists to be from and in Chicago and how the city has inspired and shaped their creative process.

SHELBY 5
Bobby Trendz collaborated with SAKS to provide wardrobe styling and creative direction for The SHELBY 5 album cover photoshoot in Detroit, Michigan. Our goal for this project was to blend classic and modern styles, drawing inspiration from Maximilian Davis, a young designer and creative director of FERRAGAMO, who has British and Caribbean roots like our Chief Creative, Bobby Trendz. To pay homage to this designer, we curated pieces from his Spring/Summer 2023 collection, "A NEW DAWN”.

ART OF DESIGN, Vol.II, in partnership with Soho House, recognized that emerging designers are a vital part of the industry, with those falling under this umbrella often deemed to be at the height of innovation, producing collections that transcend fashion norms and are sometimes considered ahead of their time. Devonte McIntosh, Creative Designer of "‘Soif De Luxe,” and Symone Currie, Designer of ‘MetalxWire,’ joined Bobby Trendz and THE AOD to explore their journey, intentions, and creative processes.

ROOTED CONVERSATIONS is a talk series hosted by Aunt Jackie's Curls and Coils and produced by Bobby Trendz. In this series, influential black and brown women such as Maya Elena Allen, Beauty Editor at Large (The Cut Magazine), Nerisha Penrose, Beauty Commerce Editor (Elle), Elle Smith, American Model and Journalist, and Kiana Brooks discuss how to embrace the "soft girl era" with values that resonate with the brand. The conversation is intimate and dynamic, providing valuable insights and perspectives on the topic.

"The ‘Art of Design’ conversation series, in partnership with Soho House, featured an innovative panel in its first volume. The panel included interior designers Ron David and Alvin Wayne, and architect practitioner Jimmie Drummond of Drummond Projects. The BT Collective partnered with Saks Fifth Avenue to provide curated wardrobe styling and creative direction for Shelby 5’s video production and relaunch campaign photoshoot in Detroit, MI. The collaboration blended fashion and faith-driven artistry, resulting in a dynamic visual narrative that elevated the group’s image while aligning their creative evolution with the sophistication and timelessness of the Saks brand.

STANLEY BROWN
The BT Collective curated wardrobe and collaborated with Monroe Media on creative direction for Stanley Brown—Grammy-nominated producer and CEO of Timeless Music Group—for the visual release of his latest single. The project merged fashion, music, and storytelling to create a striking cover moment that reflected Stanley’s legacy in sound and his continued evolution as a creative visionary.

YERO SKIN
Yero Skin, a modern skincare brand rooted in simplicity and self-care, partnered with The BT Collective to bring its debut to life through a curated launch campaign. Our team led the full creative rollout—including brand strategy, visual direction, website design, and social media marketing—developing a clean, intentional aesthetic that reflected Yero’s commitment to authenticity and everyday luxury. The result positioned Yero Skin as a thoughtful new voice in modern skincare, merging purpose with polish across every touchpoint.

The BT Collective led the successful Men’s Launch for Ron David Studio, overseeing creative curation and strategic planning to introduce the brand’s menswear expansion with impact. Through a blend of experiential storytelling, visual merchandising, and influencer engagement, we crafted a launch that generated organic buzz, drove visibility among industry insiders, and positioned Ron David Studio’s men’s line as a sophisticated extension of its signature design legacy.
